Questions before you start
Every pill iCyclop counts gets a visible dot, so you see exactly what was counted and can fix any pill with a tap. Counting is free, so try it on your own trays as long as you like before you start Pro.
No. It flags a drug name or a count that doesn't match. It is an aid, not a medical device: the pharmacist, the technician or the vet team always makes the final call.
Not to be counted: counting runs on the phone, even offline. A photo leaves only when you correct a count, report a misread label or join a photo campaign. With Pro you can switch off sharing corrected photos for maximum confidentiality.
Your card is charged for the plan you chose, $29.99 a year or $3.99 a month, and Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Your manager buys one licence per person on this page, then enters your email address. Pro turns on in your app by itself, with no card needed on your side.
